   Built prediction tools linking R&D and business

4. 2015–2021
   

   Swie.io (Swissmic SA)

   Started Swie.io and grew it across 3 continents

   Co-founded a factory automation startup and raised CHF 3M.

   IPC standards

   Brought blockchain-based traceability to critical component supply chains

   Co-chaired IPC 1782, 1783 and 2551; brought decentralized identifiers into manufacturing standards.

   Consultancy

   Advised DeFi teams and built an NFT marketplace

   Independent DeFi and tokenomics advisor; founded RankRadar, an NFT rarity service.
